This page is where you can book your unique program and learn how to earn money as you sculpt the New You / lose weight.

Your program has been set into four separate videos, that combined, form your daily workout:

1) Warm Up  2) Resistance  3) Cardio  4) Cool Down.  Ideally you should complete all 4 videos each day. However, separating them in this manner allows you flexibility to shorten / split your workout if you don’t have time on a given day.

Once you have upgraded to Gold Membership,
simply click the button below and your videos will be displayed each day. That way your program changes daily. These videos are refreshed every 24 hours, with one rest day per week.
